Sky not geting signal on some channels
I am getting that message on a few channels and some are pixilated on and off. I have reset box a few times strange thing is. It happened after a powercut in my area. I have a communal dish for my building. What do I do now?

A message displaying ”no signal” tends to be generated from your TV and normally means your TV’s not seeing the Sky box on the relevant HDMI input.
If a message displays “no satellite signal” it relates to your Sky Q box, so firstly check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Otherwise it’s likely to be a dish alignment issue so check the troubleshooting in this link

As you are connected to a communal dish you need to liaise with your building management company / landlord who will have their approved engineers to contact. Perhaps check with neighbours first to see if they are having the same issues.
