I recently left Sky BB for EE Fibre. Since then the main SkyQ box won't connect to the internet yet I've got 800mb in the room...? I'm going to dump Sky entirely if it isn't sorted.

Most likely the EE router will have a different SSID & passphrase to Sky's so you'll need to either change the router's details to those you used previously (if you set up your own) or change the Sky box's SSID & Passphrase to those of the EE router.
