Sky no help moving home - nightmare in call centre - no service hours of time

zero help from sky

move home. shd have all been done on 30th - not done at all. broadband only. spoke to sky 3 times prior to move to make sure all ok. agreed all ok no issue and "would all go smoothly"

it has not.

no tv despite assurances this would all be done.....

doom loop with India for 1.5 hours yesterday

- spoke to 14 people yesterday xfer not right dept etc. raised compaint # and #

keep getting transferrred - 1.5 hours of hell.

wait for ticket

wait for ticket to be resolved

wait for ticket to be raised

wait for problem to be ticketed

- absolutely NO INFORMATION or help just raise a ticket

been on phone again today - no ticket was raised (despite assurances yesterday) ticket number today is # this only took 25 mis again

Sky  your system for support for customers DOES NOT WORK - making plans to leave

no information - clearly sky does not value its customers - you dont want to hear from any of us and fob us off to call centre who cant do anything.  shame.

away next couple of weeks so no hope for it to be done anytime soon. absolutely rubbish service

@DeeMc

If you've not already done so I would recommend lodging a formal complaint via one of the means here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

In the past when I've done this I've been called by someone in the UK who was able to get things resolved a lot quicker. Whether this is still the case or not I can't say, as Sky's UK-based customer service operators seem to be reducing in number.

Good luck.
