You'll need to ring Sky and enquire. This is a customer to customer support forum so we have no access to your account.

Hi @Adams65   Was it part of a discount bundle or free upgrade? If this is the case your price may rise if it is cancelled.

Hi @Adams65   I'm afraid that only you and Sky will know what you agreed. Many people just take out Multiscreen to watch on tablets, computers and games consoles. Multiscreen is for all type of screens, not just TVs.

Yes, lines are being reported as busier than usual.  (There have some recent TV issues, a storm and iPhone 17 release contributing)

You could try submitting a complaint and go that route.  Sky are unlikely to simply refund on the basis of having only 1 TV.  As already noted, it may have been a requirement for some deals - check on what deals you've accepted as they won't have simply added it without you agreeing to it...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Adams65 When Sky Q first came out and UHD was added, to be able to view UHD you needed a muliscreen subscription.

It wasn't until I think 2020 or there abouts that Sky introduced the UHD subscription so could it be that you have it from this ?

There are bound to be quite a few people who still have Multiscreen to view in UHD and the older packages in general unaware that they could change to newer packages and probably get a cheaper deal

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
