Sky movies hd programmes pixelated but all other hd channel's are fine?

As stated only hd movie channels not working and pixelated. Gone through unplug and restart and still same??

You have a slight dish alignment issue.

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
