Sky movie channels have interference and are pixelated

I can't watch any movie channels on my sky q box as the channels have so much interference and are pixelated

You should be able to download movies instead as these are delivered over the internet instead of your dish.

You'll probably have to call Sky to have the dish checked: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal
