Sky minibox and sky go issues

From day one, my sky minibox will either freeze or just lock up and not work at all. Operatives in the Executive Office who look after my account have not been much help, telling me things like the hdmi cable is plugged into the wrong socket. Their last suggestion was to use Sky Go.

This has an error code of 1413-IH with a message to contact customer service. The operatives informed me the error code was unknown! The latest now, is they have moved the entire thing to deadlock and have suggested that I cancel my services.

Can anyone suggest how I can get either the minibox to work, or Sky Go?

Never heard of that error message. That's definitely coming out of the Sky mini and not the TV?

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
