Hi @RKM Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, then do the same with the Mini box?
I used to have superpowers… But a therapist took them away.

My Sky Q box is displaying 'unsuccessful connection, I have done the following to try and rectify the problem; Turned the main box and sky Q box off, waited 30 secs and turned back on, carried out the sequence of instructions on the TV, changed the power lead and HDMI lead, it's still not working, my main box does work. The Sky Q box has worked OK since installation in Nov 2022.
