Sky mini boxes keep losing connection. However Tv connected to internet as internet is via a Mesh sy

Smart TVs x2 are connected via a mesh Wi-Fi system across the house so the sky q mini boxes are connected to the main box via the mesh.

the sky mini boxes have suddenly started dropping out - I have been through all the various resets and preferences etc etc and the box will reset but it drops out again after about 2 minutes.

the main sky q box is hard wired to the router and so never loses connection.  So what is causing the mini boxes to keep dropping out ? It's impossible to watch TV via sky in two rooms now

Hi @Dapple3

On 3rd party broadband or Mesh (ie non Sky) the minis if using WiFi will Connect reliably only to the main Q box WiFi.   They will not connect to 3rd party mesh or 3rd party Broadband.

If you are using a WiFi mesh system in addition to your 3rd party Router WiFi then the minis may have difficulty in finding the Main Q box WiFi due to interference.
