Sky mini box slow to respond
Over the last 2 weeks my Sky Q box has responded very slowly to channel changes, TV schedule and recordings take several minutes to load, if at all. Sky Q mini is connected via ethernet cable with 1gb p/s speeds but the main box is connected via wifi, never had issues before until the last few weeks tried resetting by seeing other discussions but nothing is working
So far I have done full power-off restarts on all devices, restarted router and sky boxes but to no avail.

@HarjinderKaur65 You could try resetting the settings in the main Q boxes hidden menu.
To enter the hidden menu press the home button and scroll down to settings but do not select settings.
With settings highlighted press 0 0 1 then select
Only Carry out the first Reset being Reset Settings as the others will wipe all recordings.
After the reset you will have to re-pair your remote assuming you are using a bluetooth remote by pressing 1 and 3 together on the remote
then reboot your mini box

The main sky q box is running fine, its the sky q mini box still responding slow, i did try your advice on the reset but not worked.
