Sky mini box not working after power cuts last night. Tried your suggestions and still not working

Have switched on and off. Holding reset button and nothing. Lights on front of box do not come on or flash.

Ive got the same problem. Says connected ooln main q box. Tried all the reactivate unplugging etc. Nothing. Got aut9mated message on sky. Useless!

@Mandy6608 & @CLW72 power cuts during storms are often accompanied by voltahge surges which can damage elements . Sky will be very busy after last nights storm but I will escalate your posts to the team who support the forum but you will need to be patient as a significant number of Sky's 10million plus customers will have issues.
