Sky mini box never works when switched on. Full system reset required. This only last a few minutes

Sky mini box never works when switched on. I have to reboot every time. This only lasts between 5 to 10 minutes and signal drops off.

i am on full Fibre broadband and also have a BT disc. Signal is excellent. Have also swapped the television in case it was faulty but happens with all TVs we have used. If a solution is not found I will cancel the mini box.

Hi @Kevin157 

Afraid BT Disc will not help connection of mini,  as on 3rd party Broadband the mini box if using WiFi can only connect to the Sky Q mesh generated by the main Q box.

There is the option to connect the mini by Ethernet to a BT Disc,   but the main Q box must also be connected by Ethernet to another BT Disc
