Sky mini apps Disney, Prime and Paramount picture plays but no sound on any. HDMI cable changed but

Sky Q mini apps Disney, Prime and Paramount show video , But No sound on each. HDMI cable has been changed. Both power cables have been taken out for 30 seconds still no difference.

Hi @Tony6077 Try changing the audio out on the SKYQ Mini box to "normal" ?

Thought I had tried that. But had a brain freeze.

the setting the audio to normal in all 3 worked.
