Sky mini Q box won’t turn off

Yesterday I turned my tv on and sky was frozen so I attempted to turn it off and on but it just won't turn off with any button I press. (I can't reach the cables)

I saw advice saying to press 7&9 on remote and then 1&3 but since pressing 7&9 that also won't connect to my box anymore.

Now my tv is both frozen and my remote doesn't work.

@elleee   If you cannot reach the mains cable that is powering your Sky Q mini you could go to your central mains power consumer unit and turn off the ring main circuit breaker that is powering the room where your Sky Q mini is located.

@elleee can you get to the back of the mini box ? If so the mini box has a reset button on it. If you cant get to the mini box then i'd try  @Godfrey  suggestion

i'm so so so stupid T_T I didn't even check behind the sky box I was afraid to bcos everythings so dusty but yeah i just plugged my nose and fiddled around the back. anyway its working now
