Sky mimi box is not working in the bedroom

I called sky last week as my phone line was down a d they fixed it by making me turn off my router. Since then I have tried to use my television in my bedroom where I have a sky mini box and it is not working

 The mini box has lost it's link to the main box.  Try turning it off, mini, at the wall for 30 seconds, then plug back in.  It should now look for your main Q box.  You may need to press the pairing button on the main box to ensure your mini can see it.

@Kerry1965 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then 

when you main box is back up and running 

reboot your mini box
