Sky menu working but no picture showing on channels/netflix/youtube

Sky home page comes up but channel picture in top left of screen is all black and no sound. 
when chose a channel the screen then just goes black and no sound. 
I'm connected to the internet and sky channel info is on screen just no picture or sound

I'm having same issue, also can't access any programmes on streaming services accessed via Sky box

Hi @ThomasGilman87 

Assume you have tried rebooting the Q box?

To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)

Having the same problem. Checked recorded programmes as the menu is fine but even getting black screen there too.

@ThomasGilman87 - turning it off at the plug for 60 seconds has seemed to have sorted mine.
