Sky main event channel 401

Anyone know why channel 401 is switching randomly between HD and UHD. Really annoying when it's HD at one point and then back to UHD later on.

I have no idea why this should happen & never had the problem myself. 

One way to help stop your frustration is to set the one you want (or both) in your favourites - I find favourites very useful & if the channel number itself changes, it still stays where you put it in your favourites (unless the channel is removed)
