Sky keeps shutting off
Hi
Our sky keeps shutting down on our main Tv.
we have reset , trouble shooter and it has restarted at times . But each time it will cut off at some point during a programme. Does not seem to be something obvious.
We reset the puck box a few times and unplugged everything also.
advice needed now if possible.

Re: Sky keeps shutting off
You've posted on the Sky Q board but mention a puck. So do you have Sky Q or Stream?

Re: Sky keeps shutting off
Oh not sure . We have a small square box for all our tvs and one big modem box on this main tv. I'm not offay with the hardware or what it's for. But I think this tv is our main hub in sitting room and is the only one shutting off.

Re: Sky keeps shutting off
What does "one big modem box" mean? Sky Q has nothing to do with broadband so it's not a modem, but Stream does not have a big box for the main TV, they are all the same. Is this big box actually the broadband router, in addition to the box attached to the main TV? In which case you have Stream.
by the way, it's "au fait" - it's French for "at the fact", sort of.
