Sky keeps going blank and the message on screen says “out of range”. I’m using an HDMI input.

It's either snowy or blank. Does anyone know why this is happening? Sometimes the picture just comes back.

Hi @Alex32 

First make sure that the TV is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.

This will change the Q box to standard resolution which should work for all TV’s.
