Sky is working, but the sky remote isn’t working, so it’s giving me information only about sky

My skybox is working. The welcome screen is coming up but no remotes are sending signals to my sky in the house. The batteries are okay. My mini boxes are saying there's a problem finding my sky Q box when I click on that it's saying no satellite signal
