Sky is not working on my Tv

I have switched on my sky box and the light is green but it is not showing anything on my tv

Have you checked that the HDMI cables are firmly seated in their sockets (at both ends)

Have you checked to see if the input on the TV is set to the correct port?

Hi @Meme5 

First make sure that the Television is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.

This will change the Q box to standard resolution which should work for all TV’s.
