Satellite isn't working properly, can't watch tv internet keeps cutting out / disconnecting and my recordings keep cancel

You may need your dish alignment checked: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal

(This would impact watching live TV and recording)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
