Ha ha, I'm glad you're enjoying the show 🙂
It really is unbelievable. Just a brick wall with no way round it. Kind of a cross between The Truman Show and Ground Hog Day.
We need Claudia to sort them out!

Welcome back folks.
You've guessed it, no viewing card arrived on Monday 5th Feb.
I phoned them today (Tues 6th) and was told that there's an issue between the technical department and the courier.
Again I was told the case was escalated (whatever that means) on 26th January.
I was told there was absolutely nobody else I could talk to about this, only the call centre in India and they can't help further.
I'm still paying for Sky TV but was told I can be reimbursed due to loss of service once the viewing card arrives (oh great, thanks Sky).
I was told I could still use Sky Go though (oh even better, thanks again).
I was told to phone back on Friday 9th February when they should have an answer.
I've counted up that I've now spent at least 18 hours communicating with Sky, not counting the time waiting for the escalated DM service to not reply.
SKY, IS THERE A GROWN UP IN THE HOUSE?
CAN NOBODY AT SKY SEND US OUR VIEWING CARD WE SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED IN NOVEMBER/DECEMBER 2023?
WHAT A SHAMBLES.
Tune in on Friday 9th February when I'll no doubt be repeating the same old sh*te....

OK, now I'm bored.
No viewing card arrived yesterday (Mon 5th).
Phone this morning.
Told there was an issue between the technical department and the courier.

We're still paying for Sky TV and was told we'd be reimbursed once the viewing card arrives.
Was told I could still use Sky Go though (thanks a bunch).
Was told it was escalated (whatever that means) on 26th Jan.
Was told I should phone back on Friday 9th Feb to see if the issue is resolved yet.
Unbelievably bad customer service from Sky.
IS THERE AN ADULT IN THE HOUSE WHO CAN SEND US OUR VIEWING CARD?
