If you only have the main Q box and no mini boxes then you will need the Q monthly Multiscreen subscription whic I believe is currently £15 per month.

The mini boxes normally come with a one off upfront charge of £50.

However if it is your first mini then you may be able to do a deal.

And like the main Sky Q box any mini boxes are also loaned to you and must be returned to Sky at either the termination of the Multiscreen subscription or the Sky Q subscription as a whole.
