Sky in Garden Room

I currently have Sky Fibre and a sky router. I also have a main sky Q box and a sky mini box (bedroom) connected to the router via wi-fi.  I'm currently having a garden room built and would like another sky mini box in there, however the WiFi doesn't reach. 

 I'm assuming I can just run an ethernet cable out to the room from the house? If so, is this from my main sky box or my sky router?

@JJ9991 you can use either so which ever one is the closest to the garden room or which ever one its easiest to run an ethernet cable from
