Sky have deactivated card before new card has been posted

Called sky last night as asking to insert card on tv. Handler said she sorted it overvphine but was sending out new card. Now saying that card has been deactivated so no sky channels and in full NO SKY

That's correct, normal procedure is that if a new card is required, the existing card is switched off immediately.
