Hi I am having problems with sky go not connecting to my sky Q box leaving me unable to watch my recordings I constantly get the message sky Q box not found even though I am on the same wifi network stood next to the sky Q box I emailed sky who said I should check the settings on the box which I have done but the box says your sky Q box is not enabled to connect to sky go I rung sky but got nowhere just pushed from pillar to post any ideas

Hi just realised my multi room subscription has been cancelled

I am having the same problem and I do have a multi-room subscription although it is a discounted one does that matter?

Being discounted makes no difference.
What are you using SKY Go on - I have a PC and found my AV advanced firewall was causing problems finding my Q box - as soon as I temporarily switch off the advanced firewall it connects (and stays connected after turning the firewall baxk on)

Checked both in same internet but not connecting to SkyQ box

I am having same issue on iPad did work now doesn't..sky go has updated but works on phone
