one would assume that's any movie. Just because they then said there's a specific tile to go to to select we thought that would be so we weren't charged?

I have an email from Sky saying i have a free movie to download due to recent Sky Q problems. However when i go into Sky store on my Sky Q box there is no option "Click on the ‘Your Sky Store gift on us’" in Sky Store as stated in their email

Don't worry it's not worth the compensation as all the films are way old. If anything this would be worth while if sky offered something up to date. This offer sucks.

Hi 👋🏻 I got an email from Sky, saying I have a free movie to choose from the Sky Store on them 🥳 but I've had a search around, and can't find where I'm meant to go 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ It says I have to pick a movie before the 31st of May 2025. Can you please help me? Thanks ☺️

I suggest leaving it until tomorrow and trying again. The tile is there for me. I received my email yesterday morning and the tile was there this morning (I didn't search for it yesterday).

I can't find the tile after following all instructions for my free movie that was offered due to outage on 15th May . I have followed all instructions but with no luck

That tile is not showing.  I have rebooted and still not showing.  This is typical of SKY
