Not sticking up for Sky but they have offered something for the inconvenience of not been able to watch tv via Sky Q

Unless the broadband was down as well wouldn't that have impacted Stream and Glass users also.

 

My Sky Q box has been out of action since November 2023 due to my circumstances so I rely mainly on Sky Go to watch my Sky Tv subscription mainly Sky Sports F1 but most of my viewing is Netflix Prime and youtube

 

Due to my location Sky is not my broadband provider I also haven't got a stable Internet connection it can sometimes go off for hours at a time yes it's an inconvenience but I  do have Sky Mobile data 

Not wanting compensation as being without the Sky Q box is the norm for me 

So unless Sky Go was affected as well are we saying that we couldn't watch anything at all?

So what  point in time from the 15th May were the compo warriors unable to watch their Sky Tv subscription.

Sky gift on us

Had a signal outage and received email to say we could have a free film as compensation, but when we follow the email instructions to get said film the options in the email arent on screen. Cannot get speaking to an actual person to resolve this  Has anyone else had this issue and would know how to resolve it.

I also pay for Netflix and Prime don't have Sky Cinema 

But I do remember Black Adam was from Sky Store when it was a Home Movie Premier since then it's been on Sky Cinema 

On Netflix Black Adam is free but only the HD version on Prime the same movie is Rent or Buy only but in UHD so swings and roundabouts

Have to agree - Sky you could of at least offered free new films the ones available are all ancient old  and watched - not really a compensation tbh !!!!!

Free movie

Really annoyed Sky offer us a free movie that's already free ! Should give us a refund or discount on our bill ! No Sky for days, not good enough

Fair comment but not every one was impacted by the issue on the 15th May

There's me thinking we'd be awarded a choice of any movie. That's what the email implied. Silly us. 

all old movies that were a couple of quid on sky store.

Free sky store film

I received an email stating that I can have a free sky store movie to keep.

i went on sky store and in the email it says go onto free film but I don't have that option
