Free Movie

On the 15th May we lost sky, after fiddling with the Q Box for quite awhile, getting no results, I turned  everything off and went to bed. Just found out it was Sky's fault. The compensation for the inconvenience is a Free Movie to keep. The Free Movie that is offered is available on other platforms free of charge. So what are we getting for the disruption Sky created. Another increase to the Sky bill. Disgruntled in Essex.

A company of this scale can only offer very dated old films that are available for free elsewhere, I was expecting a decent choice.  Hardly compensation.  Shocking service once again

You are right, a really pathetic choice of films. The email makes out that you can go on and pick any movie you want, but in reality old or B rated at best. I've actually just spent 15 minutes of my time trying to find a tile only to decide it wasn't worth the effort

It's a tile with a present on it and the wording in small letters... I took ages looking for it... although the films are rubbish!

Compensation email

Has anyone else had an email saying they can select a free movie on Sky store as a compensation for the recent outage? I've tried looking on Sky store but nothing there for me to select??! Anyone else?

I'm sorry but this isn't good enough.... I pay subscriptions for prime and Netflix and Disney+ and all these films are on there ... 

for starters it ends with us you have in there which seems to be one of the few new films you have were all free a week ago on sky cinema !!! 
you're not loosing anything with what you're offering! 
absolutely appalling if I'm honest

I, probably like many others, don't subscribe to Prime, Netflix or Disney+ so not everyone is the same in what they have access to.

I understand that, so then it should be a gift voucher so it's fair for all to be honest. I  and like many others pay a fortune for sky every month and majority of the films offered are already available on sky cinema aswell which I pay for. This technical issue isnt the first in my area.  It's happened 3 times in a number of weeks.
