I have had an email with a free gift of a movie from sky store. I have followed instructions on email but I cant see my gift in sky store

I found it on Sky Store => Featured => then "Your Sky Store Gift on Us. However, as so many others have said, the selection of films is just dismal!  They're mostly old films you will already have watched or kids films - nothing worth downloading at all. So a pretty worthless apology and "gift".  On the night of my he disruption, I had to turn my Sky Q off and on more than 20 times over the course of the evening as I was watching a film I had really got into. They should have allowed us to choose from the films available across the board.

I recently had issues with my.sky Q box for at least 2 days. Looking online it seemed sky had an issue as lots of people where having the same issues. No signal, co trol.not working etc. I've just found out that people are been issues free movies for having this issue. I've not received my.text yet and it runs out 31st May

I have a different problem. I received the text about a free movie but don't have the " your sky gift on us" option that it says to use so can't access my free movie!

Sky need to sort it out

Hi @Hardy6734   The emails are scheduled to be sent out Wed 21st and Thur 22nd. I personally didn't wait for the email, if you have a look at the Sky Store on your box, it is obvious.

On the Sky Store Tab on the Home menu.

Select Sky Store.\The first row of tiles is Featured and the movie Gift options are in the second tike in.
