At 23.35 I'm  looking at the tile. It's just a question of you locating it in the next 20 minutes or so 

 

So I'll type quickly but I'm confident if you have SkyQ it will be there 

 

Go to the Skystore line of your SkyQ TV menu 

 

press enter and look along the line to the right 

 

I'll link my answer to a similar question here - but if you use your SkyQ remote to go right and maybe down a line of tiles - you should be able to locate the blue and gold colour tile - but be quick. Hope you find it in time. 

if you choose a movie having pressed enter on the Skystore gift tile - make sure it's showing as £0

Free sky store film

Hi I had email to say free film in sky store as of my sky unit was playing up due to update ,

as to day I've watched film but I think I've been charged for this if any one can help with this

You had to ensure the film you chose from the relevant tile was priced at £0.00. If you chose a movie not included in the offer that's why you've correctly been charged.

Mmmm ...... why not say this in the email so in right I've been robbed as it not say anything about this ,,,,

just chose film I think it's wrong not saying it should be £0.00

@Sbishop  It did , read the small print again at the bottom of the email last two sentences

On the email I received it actually does say £0

 

The wording at the bottom is below 

 

if you feel  badly done by you could try to see if you can persuade the Skystore support team to offer a refund. They re open at 11am Monday 

 

they are usually very fair

I got the email, but no option to redeem anything, i searched for the all the options listed in thread.

 

If this is the best you can do Sophia Ahmad, Chief Consumer Officer, Sky, maybe don't bother wasting our time next time round (which there will be).

I tried the first couple of days the offer arrived in Inbox.

Only got time to find the place i could leave feedback now.

 

As i said, don't bother if you can't ensure it works for everyone.

Sorry to read you couldn't locate the tile in time.  It was there for a huge number of people, but you are quite right to say it wasn't as easy to locate as it could have been.  


For pretty well everyone I've chatted to over the last couple of weeks the yellow and blue  "Skystore gift"  tile was in the Skystore section of your SkyQ menu under "top picks" - BUT - it was sometimes across to the right or down a row or two and not immediately visible on the first screen.  

(By the way - On here you are chatting with other Sky customers - like me and you-  rather than directly to Sky)

 

If you happen to have Sky movies, many of the gift movies are still available on there but the gift did expire on May 31st

Free Film offer due to Sky Q Distruption

On Wednesday the 14th May our Sky Q malfunctioned a week or so later Sky apoligised for this and offered a free film to watch as compensation to be used by the 31st May .Unfourtnatly we was on Holiday untill today Please acn you activate the offer so we can enjoy the offer

The outage was the evening of Thursday 15 May so if you had an issue with the box on the 14th it was unrelated.
