Here is a link to a previous answer which hopefully will clarify how you select your free movie. 

you need to select the blue and gold colour   "Skystore gift" tile from your Sky Q tv menu in the Skystore section

Hi @HalcyonDays 

 

Assuming you are a SkyQ customer I can't understand why the Blue and Gold colour "sky store gift" tile is not showing up for you on your Sky Q TV menu under the Skystore section. 

 

Then under "featured" or "top picks" 

 

For everyone else it is showing  up in the Skystore part of the menu.

 

You may have to go to the right a tile or two or three , or down a tile or two using your Sky Q remote 

 

you have to be on your TV looking for the tile, not on a PC

 

As an alternative 

 

You said you don't have access to an app, but assuming you are on a laptop / desktop - this link will take you to the Skystore support team who may be better placed to assist you. 

I'm really confident however that the tile will be available to you on your SKYQ tv menu 

 

but if you are certain it's not there - try this option

Refund for outage

I just wondered where my refund/credit is after the lengthy outage a few Thursday's ago?

@Louise1405  If your referring tot he Sky Q outage there is no "Refund" nor has any ever been advertised.  All Q customers were offered a free movie on the Sky Store which ends today.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Free Film for outage

Total joke! You go to select a free film anf the choice is rubbish.  Old films!  Hardly compensation for losing my coverage of the PGA Championship. Come on Sky????

15th may sky disruption

I had this problem and was offered a free film to download, unfortunately I was on holiday till today 31st may and think I've missed the offer , can I still get it

On your Home page go to: Sky Store > Featured > Top Picks > Your Sky Store Gift On Us

 

Make sure the movie you choose is marked as £0.00. The offer finishes today.

Read this thread, namely the answered post to find out where to go on your Sky Q box to claim your free gift.

Free film

Well can you believe it ,let down/ lied to by sky tech again...I picked a free film that was offered by sky for there service being bad..,.but when I picked the film I wanted,no subtitles.phoned them up there tech team when I finally got through said it would be sorted.well guess what, tried to watch film with my wife 5 hours later,who is deaf bless her,and it's still not fixed.they said they would text me when fixed..what a joke...they really don't care..roll on when I can get out of this nightmare contract.been with them 20 years,old customers not worth nothing...could be a good phone call to them tomorrow..think I have cause to cease contract.

No page on sky store for free movie

I had an email from sky regarding disruption and have been given a free movie. They say to look in sky store for a box that says free gift on us, but it's not in the store as of 23.15 on the 31st seems like a rip off (been away and just got back) - can anyone tell me if it's worth the hassle of chasing it up?
