Even though you haven't had the email (check your junk folder) see if the tile is available so… 

 

Go to: Sky Store > Featured > Top Picks > Your Sky Store Gift On Us

If it doesn't yet show try again later or tomorrow or give Sky a call.

It doesn't particularly matter if you received an email or not @Striker15 


Can you locate the "free gift" tile on your SkyQ menu  as suggested in this link

Free movie - a Sky store gift cannot download

We had an email Thursday apologising for the issues earlier in week.


An offer of a free Sky store movie - has anyone had problems trying to find this gift on their homepage? 

Sky email states;

 

"To redeem this gift, go to your TV homepage and visit Sky Store. Click on the ‘Your Sky Store gift on us’ tile and choose your movie. Once downloaded, this is yours to keep forever. You’ll need to make your gift selection before 31 May."

Your Sky Store gift on us - is it a con

Hi I received and email regarding the "Your Sky Store gift on us", however I have tried to follow the instructions and they dont work to be able to redeem my film. I then went onto sky help, that did not recognise "Your Sky Store gift on us". It then said how can we help further, but gave no options other than to complaint. So I selected make a complaint, so put in a complaint that the instructions given did not get me to a tile that said "Your Sky Store gift on us". I was the issued with a message that they could not take my complaint and sent me to here. I find it apauling that sky having had a glitch and offered a gift due to this, can not give instructions that get you to where the offer can redeemed. Any help from a sky representative on how to complaint about this would be gratefully received Thank you
