If you are a SkyQ  customer @Stephen-66 @Simpin49  @Vincenz here is an alternative 

Google the list of free movies, such as this

choose a movie you like 

then go to Skystore website, select your movie  and providing it shows as £0 - go ahead

None of the free movies are worth bothering with anyway....   It's just like being a Sky VIP and they give you a free movie, but it's 10 years old and rubbish....

Been given a free gift of one movie but it won't let me download it, says "my account can't purchase movies". Please can this be amended. Thanks Kelly parry

Tried going to Sky Store for this Gift on us.  Followed the supposed answer but

It is still showing the price to rent or buy. 

No gift at all.

Any ideas?

I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this as this let sjid be able to fix this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

I wouldn't get too excited, the options are dire.

Go to Sky Store then Feature...and opt top pick and arrow to the fourth box for Sky gift.

You'll find it eventually... good luck🤞
