Sky equipment already returned / refund already made

Hi, 

sky has left a message stating I need to return my equipment, which I have already done. 
they have provided a part refund for this. I have asked / told two different advisers but this hasn't been updated. What's going on?

Hi, 

 

well it was nearly two months ago and as advised we received a refund last month. 
I should have the photos or email (Royal Mail collection reference) somewhere

You said in your original post you'd received a part refund, so can you clarify;

a) what you cancelled

b) what did you send back

c) what amount are you still expecting back (that might help determine what items Sky still think you haven't returned yet).
