Sky engineer booked to install Q but not arrived

I had a sky engineer booked this morning to install sky q.   I saw him arrive earlier but he looked out of the window at the house and drove away.  
It's very difficult getting in touch with people at sky - I just getting bounced back to the online forum or to read help pages.   
how do I query what's happened and get him back ?

The my sky app just tells me it will cost be £25 to reschedule to the weekend.

If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
