I am a SkyQ user and recently has builders working on the house. Due to a misunderstanding, the builders assumed our sky dish was an old one, and disconnected the dish and removed it. And disposed of it. Therefore I have no signal for normal tv.
What are my options? I cannot seem to get through to Sky other than to book an engineer. Should I book an engineer and explain to them what happened , or get a local company to install a new one? Any idea of cost either way?
