Sky dish blown around in storm now facing wrong direction
During the current storm on 13th jan our sky dish was turned on the mounting 180 degree and is now pointing the wrong direction and we have no signal

Give them a call and they will arrange for an engineer to come and replace it.
There may be a wait as there are fewer satellite engineers these days and a lot of damage was caused by the storms.
In the meantime you can use Sky Go to stream many of your Sky channels on a laptop or mobile device.
