Sky dish blown around in storm now facing wrong direction

During the  current storm on 13th jan our sky dish was turned on the mounting 180 degree and is now pointing the wrong direction and we have no signal

Looks. Like you need to get it fixed then @Dm14 

Was it installed by Sky or an independent Satellite installer?
