We've had this problem for well over a year but never had time to post for help.
We have sky q and fibre broadband from another provider.
we are using wired set up from main router to sky q box - not using wifi
we have pretty all subscriptions available
When we download anything from sky demand or sky store, it only downloads if we choose the SD format, if we try HD or UHD it starts and before it gets to 1% it fails with "remote network issue"
Settings have been reset (with hidden menu also)
Plugged out from mains and waited 10 mins
checked for any queued or failed recordings to delete
Checked in settings to ensure network connection has check etc so no issues
checked for any available software update
no issue at all downloading SD format programs, movies etc, can do several at a time but always fails with same error for HD or UHD
any ideas ?
