Sky cut out in bed room

My sky box in my bedroom cut out , ie no service come up a lot ie I have Multi room

@Sammyy58 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

reboot the mini box

Phoned sky and thy talk me through the software update , will see if it works tonight . , sky guy going to phone me tomorrow to see if all is good , if not thy will send me a new box ..
