Sky cinema not appearing after i accepted offer

I was coming to the end of my trial price of sky cinema, I was then emailed with an offer to keep sky cinema for longer. I accept the offered and it showed on my account. Three days later I can't watch sky cinema and it no longer displays in my account.

Please advise!
