Sky cinema channel pixilated. If I download movie and watch it that way it's OK.
Sky cinema channels pixilated if watched live. If I download movie and watch it that way it's OK. It's the only way I can watch a movie on sky. I can not watch it live.

Hi @stewed+vie
you could have a slight misalignment of your satellite dish.
Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
