Sky cinema asking to upgrade when it’s already in our package
We subscribe to Sky and are suddenly getting a message to upgrade the account in order to access sky cinema. But we have the subscription and it's been working fine for the last few weeks and we've been viewing and recording until this past week.
Any help would be appreciated.
