Sky cancelled install on morning of our install

Cancelled our install on the actuall mornign & now can't get us booked in for another month....very poor customer service

Clearly there will be a reason for the late cancellation like availability of the allocated engineer so if you wish to put in a complaint then there is an online forum here you can use to do this:
