So my sky q box has randomly stopped working I've tried numerous times to reset it and it's still not working. This is really frustrating as the Wi-Fi is working on all other devices and I've checked and it states my internet is working with out issues but I'm still not able to access anything!

I have similar problem and have tried calling Sky customer service but keep being sent to a voice machine. No support at all.

Same has happened to us since Sunday! All other devices are connected and WiFi working fine. I've done all the resets and just keeps saying unsuccessful connection. Did you manage to find a solution?

No I still haven't found a solution. It's driving me mad now to be honest.
