Sky broadband is saying no satellite signal

I have tried switching off and turning my sky box back on, but I am unable to watch any channels or recordings as my sky is saying that I have no satellite signal. My sky WiFi also keeps dipping in and out too.

@HollyRose  Broadband issues would not cause a No Satellite signal message as the 2 are different ways of receiving TV.

Which box is shwing this message?

@HollyRose

Sky broadband is not delivered by satellite signal: any such message is being generated by satellite television equipment and relates to a satellite dish.
