Sky broadband and Sky Q switch of around 3-4am so affects mini box
Sky Q box turns off around 3-4am so my sky mini box then doesn’t work so I’m unable to watch sky TV

Try turning the eco mode off.

Do you also know how to change setting on broadband so the broadband box doesn't go into stand by mode around that time too?

A Hub doesn't have a 'standby mode': that would be rather counterproductive.
Typically what's happening is the main Q box falls off the network (taking all the Mini boxes with it) and that massively reduces WiFi coverage in the property which gets misinterpreted as a broadband drop.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
