Sky box wont stay connected to bt box or other boxes in the house.

Ive looked at the ips and dont see any conflicts. Is the box likely to be broke

@Jim-Harley I'm guessing you are talking about your Sky Q boxor are you talking about the Sky router  but what BT box /other boxes will it not connect to

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband

Yeah it's the q box  and 2 mini boxes. The router is BT and keeps kicking the q box out . It seems to be better after advise to change from eco to active and keep at least 65% recording free.

The 65% recordings free thing is bunkum.

The Active mode stops it going into deep sleep at night - this used to kill my BT connection and it wouldn't come back next day. Active mode only helped temporarily. It would find another excuse to lose the connection. I gave up on wifi.

It's not relates to IP addressing. Something at a lower level in the Sky Q networking stack is just rotten imho.
