Sky box sky q hard disk error and wont change channel

I am struggling with my sky q box in the last week.

i am periodically getting a hard disc error which is causing me to have to reboot the box several times to get it working.

Also crashing and freezing while watching recordings 

And now it wont change channels. 

Any ideas?  As it's driving me mad

Thank you.  I tried turning it off and unplugging for a good 18 hours and it seems to have cleared the issue for now.
